Shipping to the USA:
All orders inside the US lower 48 are shipped and insured via UPS ground unless otherwise specified during check out. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been processed.
We are not responsible for notifying customers of UPS Holidays. UPS is closed on certain days of the year, to plan ahead see here:

UPS Delivery is Monday-Friday, Saturday delivery is not available.
$5.00 - $15.00 Fee for Incorrect UPS Shipping Address:
If your UPS shipping address has an incorrect Suite Number, Apartment Number, Zip Code, or has ANY incorrect information, UPS will charge a $5.00-$15.00 fee upon delivery. This fee is charged by UPS and as such, we will pass it on to you by charging the credit card used when you placed your order. It is entirely your fault if you enter your shipping address incorrectly, as our automated shipping system sends the information you enter in our shopping cart directly to UPS for shipping. Any mistakes made in the address are entirely your responsibility.
Shipping to International:
Orders outside the US lower 48 will be shipped and insured via United States Postal Service Airmail Parcel Post unless otherwise specified during check out. Delivery times will vary based on your location. But your shipment may be subject to duty or taxes when it arrives in your country. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting these charges, as they differ from country to country. These charges are a matter between you and your government and you are responsible for them, as you are a citizen of your country and are choosing to import the goods yourself. Please be aware that manufacturer warranties do not provide coverage outside the USA. We make no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the USA. If you have questions about the warranty, please contact the manufacturer prior to ordering.
Your order is processed the day we receive it
Most orders placed on our web site by 1:00 PM Pacific Time on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. With 95% of the items we sell on hand, we're ready to ship most gear when you order.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box address. If your billing address is a PO Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address for faster delivery.

Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska:
We will gladly ship orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska. Free shipping is not available. Shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska will be sent via UPS. You must choose UPS 2 DAY AIR OR NEXT DAY AIR as your shipping rate to correctly calculate your shipping cost.
Shipping to a Canada:
We will gladly ship orders to Canada. Shipments to Canada will be sent via UPS Standard. You must choose APO/FPO & CANADA RATE as your shipping rate to correctly calculate the shipping & handling cost. If you order cannot be shipped due to size or weight limitations, or has extra shipping fees involved, we will contact you by email prior to processing your order.

Shipping to a Military Address:
We will gladly ship orders to APO & FPO addresses. Free Shipping is not available. APO & FPO shipments will be sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. You must choose APO/FPO & CANADA RATE as your shipping rate to correctly calculate the shipping & handling cost. If you order cannot be shipped due to size or weight limitations, or has extra shipping fees involved, we will contact you by email prior to processing your order.
