RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. ON-LINE STORE
You may return any product in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be UNOPENED, showing no signs of wear or a 15% restocking fee will apply, no exceptions. Any products not returned in the exact condition originally shipped from the manufacturer (e.g. weathered packaging, opened packaging, or any product that is not 100% new as it was shipped originally) require a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.
No returns are accepted without a prior email RA (Return Authorization) from DXC Store.com. DXC STORE will NOT accept returns without a Return Authorization.
The RA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RA number on the label used to return the item or the shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.
The original shipping and handling charges that DXC Store.com paid to ship the item to you are not refundable & we are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an item to us.
No return authorizations are allowed after 30 days from the original order date. If there is any cirmstance that calls for a refund of a PayPal payment after 60 days, PayPal will charge you a fee as per their policy.
To request a return authorization, you must reply to your original email invoice with a written request for a return authorization. You must include the reason you are requesting to return the item as well as whether the product has been opened or tampered with in any way. Your request for a return is your agreement to the entire RETURN POLICY and the fees involved.

Special Sale Products
Earphones, Microphones and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your ear cannot be returned due to health laws.
Sound Cards, Audio Interfaces and Software (which includes hardware bundled with software) cannot be returned once opened due to copyright law.
Our return policy is almost identical to those of other online retailers; the above exceptions are necessary; please consider them before making your purchase. Remember that during checkout, you must agree that you read & understood this entire page.
**Products must be in "e;as-new"e; condition. This means that they're in pristine
cosmetic condition, functioning perfectly, and include ALL materials (plastic
bags, warranty cards, tie wraps, and any other little bit or piece that came with
the product). In other words, please send products back exactly as you received
them. If a product is returned within the 14-day return period, but is not in "e;as-
new"e; condition or without RA# will be returned to the customer without a refund.
Products that have been damaged by the customer which require more cost to
repair than the wholesale value of the product will also be returned to the
customer without a refund, regardless of when it was returned.
Shipping Products Back to DXC STORE
Please package your product back to us as closely as possible to how you
received it. This includes any and all pieces, parts, and packaging that was
included with the product. Please ship the product back in the original shipping
box, or another that is comparable. We HIGHLY recommend that you ship returns
using an insured and "e;signature required"e; delivery method-we can't be
responsible for lost or damaged packages.

2. RETAIL STORE
If you are not satisfied with your DXC STORE purchase, please return it with the
original receipt and all original product packaging within fourteen (14) calendar
days of the date of purchase.
If the item is returned unopened or as in new condition in the original box, we will
exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.
Unless the item is defective, a 15 % re-stocking fee will be assessed on any
opened hardware or accessory that will require DXC STORE to perform re-work
prior to resale.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of special clearance sale items. And
we also cannot accept returns of any product missing the original box,
packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals : any product not in
new condition.
